Raw presented the eighth "Unforgiven" PPV in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on September 18th, 2005. There were a few significant events that occurred during this PPV.

Intercontinental Championship Match [Ric Flair vs. Carlito] - There are two absolutes in the world of professional wrestling. One: it's fake (well, the outcomes of each match are predetermined - the "Montreal Screwjob" notwithstanding). Two: Ric Flair is THE MAN. At 56 years old, he can still wrestle rings around some of the newer guys. The Intercontinental Championship is the only belt he had yet to win. Great match.
